Enterprise AI You Can Read

We believe organizations should be able to read their AI.

AI should be readable by the people responsible for its outcomes.

As AI becomes part of everyday work, the people accountable for the outcome should be able to understand the value it creates, what an agent does, the information it uses, the approvals it requires, and where human judgment is applied.

Like a policy, a financial statement, or a business process, AI should be understandable and auditable.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

If people are accountable for the outcome, they should be able to read how the outcome was produced.

AI should create measurable value.

Organizations should be able to connect AI activity to business outcomes, operational improvements, and return on investment.

Trust should be earned.

Trust comes from understanding how AI works, what it does, and the results it produces.

AI needs a readable system of record.

As organizations deploy more agents, they need a reliable way to define, govern, monitor, and improve how AI operates across the enterprise.

The Orcaworks Story

Most enterprise AI deployments fail at the production stage. The obstacles are almost always the same: poor governance, fragmented systems, and a frustrating lack of operational control. Rajesh Indurthi and Dr. Abhinav Somaraju founded Orcaworks to fix this fundamental breakdown.

Having led technology initiatives in Fortune 100 enterprises and high-growth startups, both co-founders experienced this pain firsthand. Out-of-the-box agentic workflows simply failed to scale in real-world environments. Standard generative tools were too random for organizations that required ironclad reliability, security, and precision.

The breakthrough came from connecting cloud networking practices with modern artificial intelligence. By applying the principles of Infrastructure as Code, Rajesh and Abhinav realized that enterprise agents could be deployed through clear, structured blueprints.

Orcaworks provides a single, readable manifest that defines how data interacts with agents and how humans retain oversight throughout the pipeline. Instead of managing chaotic black-box automation, enterprises gain governed AI built to execute complex business workflows safely within their existing software stack.

At Orcaworks, we empower organizations to stop automating isolated steps and start automating real business outcomes.

The Founders

Orcaworks brings together experience in company building, strategy, enterprise architecture, product delivery, and applied AI. The founders came to the same conclusion from different directions: if AI is going to take part in enterprise work, the people responsible for that work must be able to understand it.
