Orcaworks approaches information security through administrative, technical, and organizational practices intended to reduce risks to its Services and information entrusted to the platform. Security practices and protections may differ based on the Services, customer configuration, integrations, and applicable agreements. No technology or service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Customer Data and Authorized Access

Customers determine the information they submit, connect, or authorize Orcaworks to process and are responsible for configuring access and workflows appropriately. Orcaworks processes customer information to provide authorized Services and in accordance with applicable agreements and law.

AI and Automated Workflows

Orcaworks may use AI technologies and third-party service providers to deliver authorized functionality. AI-generated content and automated actions may be inaccurate or unexpected. Customers should establish appropriate review and approval controls, particularly for decisions affecting legal rights, employment, finances, healthcare, safety, or compliance.

Third-Party Systems

Customer-authorized workflows may interact with external websites, applications, APIs, and service providers. Those services may have independent terms and security practices. Customers should confirm they have appropriate permissions and lawful authority for connected workflows.

Chrome Extension

Security & Compliance

At Orcaworks, protecting customer information and maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of data processed through our platform are important priorities. We incorporate security and privacy considerations into the development, operation, and ongoing improvement of our AI-powered automation solutions. Our approach focuses on responsible data handling, appropriate access management, customer-authorized processing, and the identification and management of security risks. We continually evaluate our practices to support applicable contractual, legal, and regulatory obligations. Specific contractual security commitments, if any, are governed by written customer agreements.
